Our People

Nicolle was appointed by the board to the newly created position of Chief Executive Officer in January 2017 to manage the day to day business operations of Riverview Lutheran Rest Home. Nicolle's role is to provide leadership to the Riverview team by inspiring, motivating and empowering others on the journey of implementing the Riverview Strategic Plan and achieving our vision of "Excellence in Christian Care".

Nicolle is a Certified Practising Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has over 25 years' experience in Finance and Business and People Management.

Annie has been part of the Riverview team since October 2017 and has a broad background having worked in management, and employment and training across a number of organisations.

Annie heads up our hotel services operations, working with our Head Chef and Cleaning/Laundry co-ordinator to deliver quality resident services, whilst also Managing our Human Resources. 

Annie is also the person to sepak to if you are interested in finding out more about Retirement Living options at Riverview.

Pastor Avito da Costa accepted our call to Riverview Lutheran Rest Home Inc early February 2020.

Pastor conducts our weekly Wednesday Chapel services at Riverview and is also be available on other days of the week to provide spiritual support to residents, staff, families and our Cottage and Serviced apartment residents.

Pastor Avito has previously served the parishes of Nhill, Eudunda, Mildura, Strathalbyn and now come here from the Port Adelaide - Woodville parish. Before entering the ministry he was a medical technologist and regional manager for SA, NT, and Western Victoria in a pathology firm. His childhood was spent in Woomera and before that in Goa and Bombay, India.
